Case Study 05 · Event Venue · Haunted Attraction

We Built the Digital Engine Behind Five Sold-Out Seasons.

Fear is a seasonal haunted attraction — which means the entire business rides on a few high-stakes weeks and a website that has to make complex event details effortless to understand and frictionless to buy. We handled the full digital operation: the website, SEO, email, video production, and a ticketing approach built to be economically viable at scale. Five seasons later, it has sold out every single year. If you run a seasonal or event-driven business that lives or dies by its digital execution, Let's Talk.

The Challenge

Terrifying and Search-Visible Don't Naturally Coexist.

Two hard problems. First, clarity: a haunted attraction carries complicated event information — times, experiences, age guidance, logistics — that has to become instantly understandable online, or people simply don't buy.

Second, a genuinely technical wrinkle: building a horror brand vivid enough to sell tickets while passing Google's filters for violent content so the site could actually rank. Making them coexist was the work.

What We Built

Complex Event Details, Turned Into a Fast Path to Purchase.

We handled the full digital operation. That meant a website that turned complex event details into a clear, fast path to purchase; an SEO approach engineered around content that ranks despite the violent-theme filters; email marketing to bring past attendees back season after season; and video production to sell the experience before anyone walks through the door.

Underneath it, we designed a ticketing model that was economically viable — a real alternative to the old way of selling.

Seasonal business? Your digital execution is everything.

The Outcome

A Few Make-or-Break Weeks, Reliably Sold Out.

The attraction has sold out five years running. By year three, ticket sales moved fully online — and kept growing from there.

Year-over-year, online revenue climbed between 300% and 1800%.

A season that used to be a gamble is now a system that sells out.
